On May 10, 2024 I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami with a double major in broadcast journalism and public relations and minor in studio art.

I started my college experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most classes were online, and building a community was tough. In fact, I did not have a real high school graduation, so this day was extra special.

Fortunately, my peers and professors at the University of Miami could not have been more supportive of me. I thank them for making me the person that I am today. I was given the opportunity to executive produce a University of Miami Television (UMTV) show called Pulse since my sophomore year. I served three years on the UMTV Executive Board, served as president of UM Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and as president of the figure skating club.

I truly believe in the ‘Canes spirit, and I know I will keep it with me as I continue on in my career.
